Board Members Voted
to Sutter North Medical Group

Six physicians were elected to the Sutter North Medical Group Board of Directors at the annual shareholder meeting in January and officers were selected at the first official board meeting in February. The organization of medical providers, which provides services to the non-profit Sutter North Medical Foundation, unanimously voted to amend the by-laws and increase the number of elected directors from 13 to 14 allowing all 6 board nominees to be appointed to the new term beginning February, 2006. As specified in the by-laws, the Chief Medical Officer, currently William Hoffman, M.D., will continue to serve as an ex-officio member with a vote.

John Rose, M.D. (who has also been selected as Vice President)
and new to the SNMG Board of Directors,

Sutter North Medical Group is a multi-specialty medical group dedicated to high quality, cost-effective patient care delivered by caring medical professionals, in convenient locations throughout Northern California. SNMG services a five county area with its primary medical centers in Yuba City and Marysville, with current satellite offices in Brownsville, Loma Rica and Wheatland.
