The planned 60,000 square foot Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center is the newest addition to the Yuba City Town Center. Located between Sutter North Medical Foundation’s current Medical Office Building and Diagnostic & Outpatient Center the facility will join the Procedure Center to create additional services to the Sutter North Medical Campus. The further consolidation of services in one central location will provide patients and physicians convenient and state-of-the-art outpatient care, thereby improving the quality of care.
The Medical Office Building will house medical specialists in the areas of Surgery, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Dermatology, Audiology, and Neurology. The Ambulatory Surgery Center will offer three rooms for outpatient surgery.
“The facility is designed to meet the growing need for outpatient surgical and specialty care in Yuba and Sutter counties. We are pleased with the advanced technology, clinical integration and quality medical staff the facility will offer patients at a local level verses the need to travel outside of the area for services,” said James Conforti, CEO of Sutter North Medical Foundation.
Construction is scheduled to be completed and occupancy complete by the end of the 1st quarter of 2005. The project architect is Boulder Associates and Unger Construction is the general contractor. Numerous local sub-contractors will work on the project as well including, MHM Engineering and Frank M. Booth, Inc.
