Yag Laser
Laser Removal of Pigmented Lesions with the YAG Laser
Age spots, freckles, and various birthmarks are just a few of the commonly known marks generally referred to as pigmented lesions. Pigmented lesions are dark in color simply because the melanin is abnormally concentrated in one area of the skin. These pigments can be removed using the energy of light with one of the most technologically advanced lasers. The specialized light produced by the laser is absorbed by the pigmented lesion. The unwanted pigment is then destroyed, thus removing or lightening the lesion.

Pixel Laser
Pixel Non-invasive Skin Resurfacing
Pixel fractionated laser resurfacing is a wonderful non-invasive method to smooth the skin, reduce wrinkles and eliminate brown blotchiness with no downtime. The Pixel laser repairs aging and sun damaged skin by eliminating old epidermal and irritated pigmented cells. The most common treatment areas are whole face, neck, chest, and hands. This procedure includes four or more treatment sessions and can be safely used on sensitive skin areas. The Pixel® Laser is the non-invasive alternative to the more aggressive CO2 laser procedure performed by our board-certified dermatologists.
Benefits of Pixel Skin Resurfacing:
What areas can be treated?
Pixel skin resurfacing can be used on most skin types anywhere on the body. Since this procedure spares healthy tissue, it can be performed on delicate skin areas, such as the face, neck, chest and hands.

Chemical Peels
TCA Peels
TCA is a non-toxic chemical which has been used to perform skin peels for over 30 years. Unlike some other types of peels, TCA peels have the additional advantage of creating a fresh natural appearing complexion, while preserving the normal skin color.
TCA peels can effectively improve many conditions, including:
TCA peels are performed by applying a solution containing TCA to your skin. This is usually associated with 2-3 minutes of a burning and stinging sensation. This burning is so brief that most patients choose not to use any sedation or anesthesia.
When TCA is applied to the skin, it causes the top layers of cells to dry up and peel off over a period of several days. When the old skin has peeled off, it exposes a new layer of undamaged skin which has a smoother texture and more even color.
Most people take 5-7 days to heal from an average TCA peel. During the healing process there is no pain, but the skin looks as if it has had a severe sunburn. Therefore, most patients choose to stay home during the healing process. Anyone who has had a TCA peel is more sensitive to sunlight for at least 6-8 weeks after their peel. During this time it is very important to protect the new skin with sunscreens, hats, and the avoidance of strong sunlight. TCA peels can be performed on most skin types but not everyone is a candidate as with any procedure. Unlike AHA peels, excellent results can usually be obtained with one peel; although a second TCA peel may be necessary for some skin problems.
Vitalize Peel:
The Vitalize Peel incorporates Retinoic Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acids with Resorcinol and other active cosmeceutical ingredients to create one of the safest, strongest chemical peels available. It has been clinically proven to help reduce the visible signs of aging including fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, sun damage and skin discolorations while improving the skins overall texture and tone. While noticeable results are seen after just one peel, dramatic
