Q & A How do I enroll in MySutterOnline™? Your doctor’s office will help you get started with MySutterOnline™. Your doctor’s office can provide you with an Access Code that will let you use MySutterOnline™ for the first time.
You will then go to www.sutternorth.org to access MySutterOnline™. (Click here to log in)
When you sign in for the first time, using your Access Code, you will create your own user name and password. Then, each time you wish to use MySutterOnline™, you visit www.sutternorth.org, and sign in!
What if I forget my password?
There will be a Help feature on the Web site or you can also call 530-749-5555 for help in using MySutterOnline™.
Will I be charged for this service?
There is no additional charge to use MySutterOnline™ services.
What do I need to use MySutterOnline™?
It’s simple. All you need is access to a computer connected to the Internet. For best results, use the newest browser version your computer will support. We recommend using Internet Explorer.
Specifically, if you have a PC, use Internet Explorer 5.5, or Netscape 6.2, or newer. For AOL users, you must have version 5.0 or newer. If you have a Mac, you must have OS 8, 9 or X, and use Netscape 4.6.1 or Internet Explorer 5.1, or newer. Your browser must support 128-bit encryption.
Can I email my physician through MySutterOnline™?
MySutterOnline™ is not a replacement for a one on one conversation with your health care provider and you can not dialog through the system.
Your health care team will be able to send you important information about your health, such as test results, via the MySutterOnline™ system. This is different from standard e-mail, which is not a secure method for something as important as health information.
When new information is available in your MySutterOnline™ account you will receive an e-mail notification. You must then log-in to your secure MySutterOnline™ Account to view the information.
