Sutter North Home Heath - Meet Our Staff
Physicians: The patient’s physician prescribes home health services to aid in recovery. Their physician oversees the plan of care and works diligently with the rest of our staff to ensure quailty and appropriate care.
RN and LVN: Our nurses have exceptional training in many different areas. They provide skilled services that monitor a patient’s clinical status and work with the rest of our team to ensure that all of the patient’s needs are being addressed.
Physical Therapists: Our PT's use a variety of techniques such as exercise and therapy to help our patient’s improve their strength and mobility.
Occupational Therapist: Our OT helps patients and their families by educating them on the uses of equipment and rehabilitation techniques to improve their functions of daily living, such as bathing and dressing.
Medical Social Worker: Our MSW assists patients and their families with the social and emotional factors that can affect recovery. They also assist with finding appropriate community resources.
Dietitian: Our registered dietician works with our nurses and our patients to provide appropriate nutritional assessments to help the patient adjust their diet according to their healing process.
Home Health Aide: Our licensed Home Health Aides assist patients with their activities of daily living, such as bathing, eating and dressing.
